JOHANNESBURG - The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) has raided the home of businessman Hangwani Maumela in Sandton.
Among the items seized were Lamborghinis, a massage parlour and expensive artwork.
This raid follows an explosive report by the SIU, which revealed that over R2-billion was looted through fraudulent procurement deals at the Tembisa Hospital.
This is just one of the damning findings contained in the Special Investigating Unit (SIU) interim report, into corruption and maladministration at the hospital.
