CAPE TOWN - Some residents from Malmesbury in the Western Cape say they still have not received their pensions and other social grants.
The biggest problem is that the only functioning post office in the area has recently put up a closed notice on the door.
This has caused panic and fear among the elderly.
Earlier this month several beneficiaries could not access their money due to technical problems.
