CAPE TOWN - Parliament Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula has indicated this is her last session in the national legislature.
She's been Speaker of the National Assembly since 2021.
Mapisa-Nqakula served as a Minister and has been an MP since 1999.

She also spoke about the new rules prohibiting any disruptions.
"There's been a review process of the rules which was conducted by a sub-committee," she said.
"Subsequently to that process, they then tabled those amendments to the rules committee."
