DURBAN - KZN authorities are investigating a fatal crash that killed five people in Dokodweni in KwaZulu-Natal.
Three adults and two children died when two vehicles collided on the R66.
The deceased included a three-year-old and 2 month old baby.

According to emergency services on the scene, a further 7 occupants sustained injuries, with four children, all under the age of 14 sustaining serious injuries.
Reporter Zanele Buthelezi spoke to KZN Transport MEC spokesperson, Ndabezinhle Sibiya.
Transport officials are suspecting that speed led to the horrific accident.
