BLOEMFONTEIN - Convicted rapist and murderer Thabo Bester made an appearance at the Free State High Court.
He appeared alongside his eight co-accused for pretrial hearings.
The trial was meant to begin in July but has been delayed to later in the year.

His partner and co-accused, Dr Nandipha Magudumana, has approached the Constitutional Court.
She's challenging the legality of her 2022 arrest and deportation from Tanzania.
