Thabo Bester | Cele says fugitives will be arrested on arrival
A high-level team is in Kilimanjaro to ensure Thabo Bester and his girlfriend are brought back to South Africa.
JOHANNESBURG - Thabo Bester will be arrested on arrival back in the country.
That's according to Police Minister, Bheki Cele.

A high-level team is in Kilimanjaro to ensure the rapist and his girlfriend are brought back.
It's being led by the police's Deputy National Commissioner.

But Cele can't say when the fugitives will return.
"Them coming back does not really depend on the team.
"It also depends on the legal processes of the other side," Cele said.
