PRETORIA - Vehicle tracking records have placed an unmarked white Toyota Fortuner at the scene of alleged hitman Musa Kekana’s arrest.
This contradicts testimony by the commander of the operation, Captain Phimi Sekgobela.
The defence has accused the police officers of tailoring their evidence, questioning their credibility, as the trial within a trial in the attempted murder case against Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala continues.
Kekana claimed police assaulted him and the evidence obtained during his arrest should be thrown out.
