HONG KONG - At least one person has died in China as Typhoon Saola sweeps through the country.
Authorities remain on high alert following a trail of destruction and flooding in many areas.

Hundreds of flights have been cancelled and businesses and schools remain shut.
China has been hit by heavy rain and flooding over the last two months.
It's also still reeling from Typhoon Doksuri which hit at the end of July.
