UKZN students arrested during protests

PIETERMARITZBURG - Two students at UKZN's Edgewood Campus have been arrested for public violence.

It follows days of clashes at both the Edgewood and Pietermaritzburg campuses.

Student representatives say the university has abandoned those that are waiting for assistance as classes continue.

Many are also fighting for registration to be extended.
