MANGAUNG - Nearly four months later and Mangaung residents in the Free State are still at the mercy of the government.
This is as they await services promised to them back in February, when Parliament's portfolio committee on Cooperative Governance visited.

The metro has since passed a budget of R35 billion, focusing heavily on electricity, water, and sanitation services.
Mangaung mayor, Gregory Nthatisi says the budget under review is subject over a period over time that will make sure they provide services as well as improving infrastructure.
