WATCH | AKA's former bodyguard granted bail

FREE STATE - Rapper AKA's former bodyguard, Anwar Khan has been granted bail in the corruption and fraud case involving the University of Fort Hare. 

But co-accused Terrence Joubert will remain in custody, after Magistrate Nkosinathi Mjekula found that he had not cooperated with investigators. He had persistently been asked to unlock his cellphone.

The state had argued that the phone, which had required Joubert's facial ID to be unlocked, could contain crucial evidence.
