JOHANNESBURG - The Trade and Industry ministry says he will oppose a court application that seeks to invalidate a new B-BBEE code for the legal sector.
Three major law firms have joined a legal challenge that condemns the new code as irrational.
The code compels law firms to increase black ownership to 50 percent if they want to do business with government.
