BOOYSENS - Residents of Booysens in the City of Tshwane have been living with an erratic power supply they blame on illegal connections.
A ward councillor in the area Leon Kruyshaar says residents of the Gomora informal settlement connect illegally from a substation that feeds Booysens Park and Vastrap.

On Friday, Gomora residents took to the streets, demanding proper electricity infrastructure from the city.
