BLOEMFONTEIN - Moroadi Cholota is back before the Bloemfontein magistrate's court to continue her bail application.
It was postponed after the state requested more time to prepare a responding affidavit.
Cholota faces charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering relating to a R255-million asbestos tender.
