DURBAN - Every time there's a report of KwaZulu-Natal police killing suspects in shootouts, people on social media celebrate.
KZN Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi says this is because people are tired of high crime levels.
He says the entire criminal justice system is to blame.
