WATCH | eNCA visits Bester's old Primary school

JOHANNESBURG - Thabo Bester's upbringing is in the spotlight as his criminal activities continue to shock South Africa.

Bester was arrested alongside his girlfriend Nandipha Magudumana in Tanzania.

It is understood the couple was on their way to Kenya.

Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi revealed that Bester briefly attended a primary school in the south of Johannesburg back in 1997.
