WATCH | Gauteng NPO's head to court over funding delays

JOHANNESBURG - The Gauteng Care Crisis Committee is heading to the Johannesburg High Court on Wednesday on an urgent basis over the province's funding delays.

Hundreds of NPOs that care for the most vulnerable have not received funding from the department of social development.

The committee, representing 62 organisations across different sectors, says it would ask the court to issue an order directing the department to enter into service level agreements with all NPOs.
