JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng Police Commissioner Tommy Mthombeni is leading the province’s annual commemoration day event.

This is where the SAPS in Gauteng will be remembering and honouring the police of officers who died in the line of duty in the past year.

At least 34 police officers have been killed by criminals across the province and Police minister Senzo Mchunu has issued a stern warning against those attacking the men and women in blue.
