PRETORIA - The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial is resuming at the High Court in Pretoria.
Muzi Sibiya's new lawyer must tell the court if he's ready to cross-examine lead investigator, Bongani Gininda.
Advocate Charles Mnisi initially told the court he was not ready, resulting in an over two-month postponement.
But when the trial resumed, he said he was still not prepared and even threatened to walk out.
Mnisi took over Sibiya's defence after his lawyer, Advocate Thulani Mngomezulu, died.
