WATCH | Phaahla takes aim at Mahikeng Hospital over babies incident

JOHANNESBURG - Health Minister Dr Joe Phaahla has slammed the Mahikeng Hospital. This follows an incident in which newborn babies were placed in cardboard boxes, instead of incubators.

Phaahla has described the incident as poor management by those in charge of the facility.

The nursing manager has since been suspended.
