BLOEMFONTEIN - Thabo Bester's alleged partner in crime Nandipha Magudumana still wants her arrest declared unlawful.

She has now asked for permission to appeal a ruling that declared her detention in Tanzania lawful.

That judgment is expected to be handed down in Bloemfontein.
