WATCH | Suspected zama zama kingpins arrested

JOHANNESBURG - The Hawks working with Home Affairs and police swooped in on suspected illegal mining kingpins in Gauteng’s West Rand.

Seven people were arrested in joint operations on Tuesday in Carletonville and Khutsong.

They face charges including fraud, money laundering and illegal possession of precious metal and gold.
