WATCH | Testimony continues in Joshlin Smith trial-within-a-trial

SALDANHA BAY - A trial-within-a-trial is looking into claims by two accused in the Joshlin Smith kidnapping case that they were tortured into making confessions.

The court has to decide whether those confessions should be admitted in the main trial.
