PIETERMARITZBURG - The corruption trial against former president Jacob Zuma and French arms company, Thales, is back in court.
Earlier, Judge Nkosinathi Chili delivered a judgment on Zuma’s application for leave to appeal a ruling on state prosecutor, Advocate Billy Downer.
Zuma wanted Downer removed from his arms deal corruption case.
Zuma and Thales are accused of corruption, racketeering, and money laundering linked to the 1999 arms deal.
