BANGKOK - Water scarcity continues to be a concern in South Africa.
As the country heads into its high demand summer season, the Water Research Commission is raising the alarm.

It says the country’s water challenges go beyond droughts and aging infrastructure.
To address this, the commission has launched a campaign called ‘A WaterWise Nation’, aimed at shifting South Africans’ water habits, mindset and values.
The goal is to encourage every citizen to use water sparingly and responsibly.
