MMABATHO - Alleged insurance killer Agnes Segomotsi Setshwantsho will stay behind bars.
Her case has been postponed to 24 November for a formal bail application.
Setshwantsho is accused of murder of her family members in order to make an insurance claim.
She appeared at the Mmabatho Magistrate's Court on Monday and the family says they want justice to be served.
A team of detectives, including the police officer who brought convicted serial killer Rosemary Nomia Ndlovu to book, have been working on this case following a tip-off from relatives.
Through analysis and collection of evidence including the exhumation of a body, the team was able to link the suspect to the case.
The suspect was traced and arrested.
