PIETERMARITZBURG - Former President Jacob Zuma is pressing ahead with his private prosecution efforts.
He wants to have prosecutor Bill Downer removed from his ongoing multi-million rand corruption case involving French arms company, Thales.
Zuma appeared before the Kwazulu-Natal High Court in Pietermaritzburg on Thursday.
The National Prosecuting Authority spokesman Mthunzi Mhaga said they have noted and reflected on the notice of motion which was served to them on Wednesday.
He said the team is looking to draft a affidavit responding to this.
