JOHANNESBURG - Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla and Nhlamulo Ndhlela have launched an urgent High Court bid to overturn their expulsion from the MK Party.
In papers filed in the South Gauteng High Court, the pair argue they were expelled without being formally charged, given notice, or afforded a disciplinary hearing.

They want the court to declare their expulsions unlawful and order their immediate reinstatement.
Ndhlela also argues that his expulsion could cost him his seat in Parliament if the matter is not resolved urgently.
The application is expected to be heard on 30 June.
