PARLIAMENT - Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana has confirmed the two settlements, reached with the EFF and the DA in the budget court challenge.
One is on the proposed 0.5 percentage point VAT increase, which has since been suspended and the other is the setting aside of the Fiscal Framework process.
Godongwana will now have to table a revised budget on 21 May.
