JOHANNESBURG - The ANC NEC is locked in a four-day meeting to deliberate on both domestic and international issues.
This includes the passing of the budget.

Some parties in the government of national unity insist that the ANC hasn't listened to their concerns and that they still won't vote for the budget in it's current form.
