JOHANNESBURG - Renowned anti-drug activist Dereleen James says society needs to pay more attention to vulnerable children in our communities.
This follows the case of Joshlin Smith, who has been missing since February.
Joshlin's mother is among those who have been arrested in connection to her disappearance.
James says neglect is behind the increasing number of missing children in the country.
