JOHANNESBURG - The ANC is concerned by the DA's conduct, which it says has been marred by double-dealing and acting in bad faith.
However, the party is willing to reset and engage with all parties to address the budget impasse.
This after tension rose within the coalition government, after the DA rejected the budget.
And while the ANC meets to try and resolve its issues, big business and most South Africans are hoping the GNU doesn't collapse.
Dr Oscar Van Heerden, from the University of Johannesburg says the GNU can be rescued, but that is dependent on the party leadership.
