JOHANNESBURG - The fraud and corruption case against former Eskom CEO, Matshela Koko, has been dropped for now.

This after the Middelburg Specialised Commercial Crimes Unit struck the case off the roll due to continuous delays by the state. Koko, his wife and stepdaughter were charged with corruption over a R2.2 billion tender at Kusile Power Station.
There had been numerous delays taking the matter to trial, and it had been little over a year since his family was arrested.
