JOHANNESBURG - Kwazulu-Natal Premier, Thami Ntuli, has been inaugurated and announced his co-governors today.
The KZN cabinet includes four MEC’s from the IFP, 3 from the ANC, 2 from the DA and one from the NFP.
At a national level the partners in the Government of National Unity have agreed on a framework of understanding.
The President still has the prerogative to appoint cabinet posts but this now has to be proportional to the parties represented.
