JOHANNESBURG - Trade unions are expressing concerns about the Democratic Alliance's plan for Directors-General.
The DA Federal Council chairperson, Helen Zille, mentioned the ANC's cadre deployment policy as the rationale for calling for a review of their contracts.
The Public Servants Association has expressed its commitment to advocating for the rights of directors-general in ministers' offices, asserting that senior public servants are also entitled to protection under the country's labour laws.
