JOHANNESBURG - Workers won't get access to a portion of their retirement money on the first of September this year.
This is because legislation to underpin the two-pot system is nowhere near complete.

Pension fund administrators are concerned their systems won't be ready.
They say there is still no clarity on tax implications and there are still conflicting laws in place.
