JOHANNESBURG - Former National Assembly Speaker, Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula appeared in court on Tuesday.
She is facing 12 counts of corruption, including the solicitation of bribes totaling R2.5-million.
Mapisa-Nqakula insists that she's innocent.
The case has been transferred to the High Court in Pretoria for trial.
