POLOKWANE - Government marking this year's National Youth Day at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane in Limpopo on Sunday.

It will mark the 48th anniversary of the 16 June 1976 Soweto Uprising and will be observed under the theme “Actively embracing the socio-economic gains of our democracy”.
The National Youth Development Agency is joining with the the Sport, Arts and Culture Department, the Presidency and the Limpopo Provincial Government to promote the Sport for Youth Development agenda as a tool for social cohesion and solidarity.
