Their fingers point at Grant and Shanin Davids, an Ennerdale-based couple, who sold locals what they believed were their forever homes. But once the money changed hands, those promises apparently went up in smoke. Multiple families accuse the couple of taking their money, failing to deliver title deeds, double-selling, attempting evictions and, in one case, elderly occupants, forcibly removed.
