Designer, Henja Schaap has been in the game for decades.
But Henja’s talent isn’t confined to South Africa. Oh, no – he has supposedly designed for celebrities and royalty – he counts amongst his clients Charlene, Princess of Monaco, Queen Maxima of the Netherlands and the late Queen Elizabeth.
That said, something’s been a bit off lately.
Disgruntled clients, some even longtime friends and former staff are telling tales of dashed designs, last-minute let-downs, dishonesty and abusive behaviour.
The Devi Show takes a peek behind the curtain and finds the man behind the ‘seams’.
THUTOBOPHELO FOLLOW-UP
In March this year, #TheDeviShow aired an exposé into Thutobophelo Training and Skills Academy after allegations surfaced of 300 Community Health Work students who didn’t receive their certificates.
With little chance of finding jobs without their earned credentials, we took on the story and challenged the academy’s principal Ronel Makrelov and director Monique Jansen van Rensburg.
The exposé resulted in the necessary certificates – but, in the process, we stumbled on yet another storm.
