In a country with millions unemployed and desperate, fertile ground is created for scammers who offer dream jobs, with just one catch - an upfront payment.  

Our laws are clear – no person may charge a fee to any work seeker for providing employment services.  Yet, the shameless continue preying on despair.

Rejoice Mkhondo had no problem with allegedly scamming her own neighbours in the close-knit community of Tembisa.  She promised jobs, took money to secure the posts and invited her clients to lavish parties at her home … allegedly with the cash she collected for the fake jobs.
