Alcaraz records 100th ATP win

INDIAN WELLS - Carlos Alcaraz registered his 100th ATP win after beating Tallon Grieksppor 7-6 6-4.

Alcaraz's 100-32 tour-level record earned the Spanish sensation a spot on the list of fewest matches to 100 wins in the Pepperstone ATP rankings.

The 2022 US Open champion needed just over an hour and 42 minutes to clinch the win and reach a major milestone.

Only American great John McEnroe (100-31) reached his century faster than Alcaraz, who sits above Andre Agassi 100-35, Rafael Nadal 100-37, and Mats Wilander/Jimmy Connors both 100-38 on the list.

Simply put: This is the second-fastest in the history of the sport.

The young star will reclaim the world number one ATP spot if he wins the Indian Wells Masters.
