KILDARE - South Africa’s Casandra Alexander has become a two-time Ladies European Tour champion following her three-shot victory at the Women’s Irish Open.
Alexander put on a dominant display throughout the weekend after carding 63, 66, 69 with a lead of three shots heading into Sunday’s final round.

However, she wobbled in the final round with three bogeys as Czech Republic’s Sara Kouskova kept the pressure on in second place.
But the South African’s five birdies proved enough on the day as she carded 70 to get ahead of Kouskova.
It is her second Ladies European Tour title after she won the Ladies Czech Open in 2025.
