PIETERMARITZBURG - In the early hours of Sunday, thousands of ultra-fit runners will snake through the streets between Durban and Pietermaritzburg for the 97th Comrades Marathon.
The up run, will see about 5-thousand volunteers keep them safe, hydrated, fed and motivated.
Mqondisi Ngcobo, Comrades Marathon chairperson spoke to the eNCA on the state of readiness of the big race.
