DURBAN - Durban City have claimed KZN Derby honours against Golden Arrows, advancing into the semi-finals of the Nedbank Cup.
City and Arrows, however, needed penalties to be separated. This following a 1-1 tie after extra-time at the King Zwelithini Stadium.
Darren Keet made the first save of the penalty shootout. But City could not take advantage as Arrows’ Edward Moava made a save.
The penalties needed sudden-death with Durban City ultimately advancing into the last four with a 5-4 win.
City joins TS Galaxy, Milford and Casric Stars in the last-four.
