JOHANNESBURG - Springboks coach Rassie Erasmus is praising the Springboks’ high-intensity training as the Nations Championship gathers momentum.
The coach rang in 10 changes for a team that will face Scotland this weekend following an opening win over England at Ellis Park.

Erasmus says the high-intensity training model allows players at different stages of their Bok careers to keep up with the programme.
This coming weekend, the Boks will take on Scotland on 11 July at Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria.
Erasmus has made ten changes to the starting line-up, but Bok assistant coach Duane Vermeulen insists the thinking behind the selection is sound.
