JOHANNESBURG - Coach Rassie Erasmus has named the Springbok team to face the Wallabies in a one-off Test in Perth.
Erasmus has made 13 changes to his starting team line-up from the side that beat the All Blacks in Baltimore.
Only lock Eben Etzebeth and wing Ethan Hooker retain their places.
The Test will mark a significant occasion for bruising eighthman Jasper Wiese, as he earns his 50th Test cap off the bench.
The Boks bring in a new front row in props Jan-Hendrik Wessels and Zachary Porthen, and hooker Johan Grobbelaar.
Etzebeth will partner Franco Mostert in the engine room.
Herschel Jantjies and Handre Pollard will form the new halfback pairing.
Pollard has recovered from the niggle which saw him being sidelined during Rugby's Greatest Rivalry.
Meanwhile, hybrid player Andre Esterhuizen will become the 68th player to captain South Africa.
