Francois Pienaar honoured with a doctorate by UJ

JOHANNESBURG - The name Francois Pienaar represents a historical moment in South Africa.

Pienaar was memorably the first Springbok captain to win the Rugby World Cup.

His alma mater, The University of Johannesburg, has conferred a much-deserved honorary doctorate on the rugby legend.

Pienaar says this is a full-circle moment.
