GABORONE - Three-time Olympic champion Shelly-Anne Fraser-Pryce and American Sprint sensation Sh’carri Richardson will headline the Botswana Athletics Golden Grand Prix at the end of next month.

It will be the first meeting between the pair since September’s 100m at the Diamond League Final in Zurich.

Fraser-Pryce won the race in 10.65 while Richardson finished seventh in 11.13 seconds.

The Rocket Mommy holds the third fastest for a woman in the 100 metres in a time of 10.60 seconds.

The April event in Gaborone is the second World Athletics Continental Tour Gold meeting this year.

Kirani James takes on the 400 metres while Ferdinand Omanyala hopes to dominate the 100 metres.
