Goss heroics win it for SuperSport United

JOHANNESBURG - SuperSport United goalkeeper Ricardo Goss pulled off three saves in the penalty shootout to secure a 3-1 win for his team against Cape Town City in the Nedbank Cup Round of 32.

The game finished 1-all after the standard 90 minutes and extra-time.

While the hosts missed their first penalty, it was Goss' heroics of stopping three consecutive penalties that made the difference.

It secured United's passage to the next round of the competition.
